I came to the drive-thru approx. 5pm this evening. One car was being waited on in the other drive-thru lane as I pulled in the only other available lane. The first car pulled out and I had already sent my check to be cashed and my ID in the tube. Another car pulled into the vacant lane. The teller was speaking with her on the speaker. Then the teller proceeded to process her transaction first, rather than mine. There was no misunderstanding involved here. The teller already received my tube she simply chose to wait on the other vehicle first and told me "she'd be right with me." There was no reason to make me wait since I was there before the car had even pulled into the lot. My transaction was merely a check for $3 and some change and I should have been in and out. Instead I waited for her to have a conversation with the other vehicle and then process their transaction and then she decided it was okay to process my transaction. What BS!! As soon as I get my direct deposits and automatic withdrawals transferred, I'm closing my acct. I hope you train your staff to be respectful to future customers. Is it really that hard?
